Wonderful city Getaway
rooftop amenities great view free drinks check-in bonus
I greatly appreciated the rooftop amenities. The rooftop swimming pool had a great view of the Torre Glories tower. I also saw the Sagrada Família from up there. I received two free drinks upon check-in, a MUCH appreciated touch.
I noticed the soundproofing BETWEEN rooms could be improved. I heard hallway noise.

Staff offered ice lemon water anytime at the reception. This was very welcome on warm days. The staff also arranged a wake-up call and a taxi for my early morning departure.

The location HAS great transport links via metro, tram, and bus. A metro station is conveniently located with an approximate 7 minute walk. There are many bar-restaurant-terraces near the hotel.

My room included a comfortable bed and pillows. Coffee making facilities were also available. The modern bathroom was quite nice. Proximity lights added a nice touch.

A Good City Stay
modern style rooftop view welcome voucher
The hotel's modern style impressed me, and the cleanliness was very apparent. The rooftop view provided an amazing perspective. I noticed and appreciated the care for environmental consciousness, with waste separation bins in my room. The welcome drink voucher was a nice touch.
I found the absence of discounted breakfast rates for children somewhat inconvenient . This affected my overall dining experience.

The hotel was modern. The rooftop bar and the pool was good!
The front desk staff were less than helpful, and they never apologized for their error. This meant me and my friend shared a bed for a week, because there was no attempt by the staff to actually seek out a twin room.
